Welcome to "Gridea" (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "the Service"), developed and operated by the Gridea Team ("we", "us", or "Developer"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Gridea regarding your download, installation, and use of the App.

Before you begin using Gridea, please read and understand all the terms of this Agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, logging in, or using the App in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use and promptly uninstall the App.

1. Software License & Scope of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to run Gridea on supported, legitimate mobile devices (iOS or Android) for personal daily use, study, work, or authorized commercial purposes.

Gridea provides conversational AI mini-app generation, visual local SQLite database management, external data source connections, and autonomous AI skills. The features of the App are subject to the actual version released, and we reserve the right to update, upgrade, or modify software features at any time.

2. Intellectual Property & User Data Ownership

You warrant that you hold legitimate rights to the prompts, text, images, and other materials you input into Gridea, and that the mini-apps you generate and use do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, trade secrets, portrait rights, reputation, or other legal rights.

The Gridea software itself, including its trademarks, codebase, UI/UX designs, core AI tool calling engines, and related intellectual property, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and belongs to the Gridea Team. No entity or individual may use, copy, modify, or commercially distribute them without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use & Prompt Guidelines

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Gridea to generate mini-apps, input prompts, or process data. You shall not use the App to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Using AI prompts to generate or disseminate content that endangers national security, disrupts social order, promotes violence, terrorism, obscenity, false rumors, or infringes upon others' legitimate rights;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code and proprietary APIs of Gridea or its runtime container;
• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or abnormal traffic to maliciously consume, scrape, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on our AI endpoints;
• Prompting or inducing the AI to generate malicious vulnerability attack code, trojans, viruses, or programs that compromise network security;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of Gridea or impairs the legitimate rights of other users.

4. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

1. Reference Nature of AI Output: Code, database schemas, and interface layouts in Gridea are automated computational results generated by deep learning large language models and integrated toolchains. While we incorporate 30+ fine-grained tools and self-healing mechanisms to ensure high success rates, AI computation has probabilistic characteristics. We cannot guarantee that every complex business logic generated is completely error-free or perfectly suited for your specific requirements. You are advised to test thoroughly before using it in critical workflows.

2. No Professional Advice: Content and conversational analyses generated by AI are for reference purposes only and do not constitute formal medical, legal, financial, or investment advice. For specialized decisions, please consult certified professionals in the respective fields.

3. Force Majeure & Technical Disclaimer: Given the complexities of the Internet and mobile operating systems, we are exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law for any service interruptions or anomalies caused by force majeure, network line failures, system maintenance, third-party platform issues, or hacker attacks.

5. Local-First Architecture & User Backup Responsibility

Gridea adopts a "Local-First" architecture. All your mini-app code and SQLite database records are stored directly in your mobile device's local storage by default to maximize your privacy and data security.

You acknowledge and agree that because data is stored locally on your device, if your device is lost, damaged, reset, or if you uninstall the Gridea App, all unbacked-up local data will be permanently deleted by the system and cannot be retrieved. You should regularly back up important data using the in-app "Data Export", "Local Snapshots", or by connecting to third-party cloud platforms (e.g., Notion Sync). The Developer shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from the user's failure to maintain proper backups.

6. Third-Party Ecosystem & Integrations

Gridea supports data interconnection with third-party ecosystem services (including but not limited to Notion two-way sync, Apple Health integration, and Excel / CSV file import and export).

When you enable these third-party services, the transmission, storage, and processing of related data are governed by the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We make no warranties regarding the stability, availability, or data integrity of third-party platforms, nor do we assume liability for operational risks resulting from third-party policy changes.

7. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and online safety. If you are under 18 years of age, you should read this Agreement and use the App under the supervision, guidance, and with the explicit consent of your parents or legal guardians.

Guardians should guide minors to use mobile applications reasonably, prevent internet addiction, and cultivate sound cybersecurity awareness.

8. Amendments & Termination

We may revise this Agreement from time to time in response to product evolution, technological developments, and regulatory requirements. Revised terms become effective immediately upon publication on the official website or within the App, superseding previous terms.

Your continued use of Gridea after any revisions indicates your full acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revisions, you should immediately cease using the App.

If you materially violate the acceptable use rules of this Agreement, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the App's features without prior notice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws principles).

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the Developer's location (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China).
